Booking Terms

1. Booking and confirmation

Requests sent via the website, WhatsApp or email are "booking requests". Availability and price become final with our written confirmation. The booking is secured by the deposit paid via the payment link or bank transfer details sent after confirmation.

For every payment received by Nivo Travel (Karakaya Group Turizm Seyahat Taşımacılık Ltd. Şti., Group A Travel Agency Operating Licence No 8719, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye), our company is responsible for confirming and safeguarding the reservation.

2. Payment

60% of the total is paid online to confirm your booking date and all services; the remaining 40% is paid on the traveller's arrival in Türkiye. You can pay by credit card through a secure payment link, and your card details are processed over a secure connection.

3. Cancellation and refunds

A cancellation is accepted only after we receive a written email from you asking to cancel your reservation. The last date for free cancellation (option date) is given to you before confirmation. Please note: some hotels do not allow refunds under their payment and cancellation policy (non-refundable rates); you will be informed of this before confirmation. Non-refundable flight tickets carry a 100% cancellation charge.

4. Child policy

0-5 years free (no seat), 6-11 years 50% discount, 12+ adult rate. Museum age limits follow the venue rules.

5. Liability

Nivo Travel is a travel agency subject to Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies with mandatory liability insurance. Equivalent alternatives are provided for changes caused by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels).

Travellers are responsible for obtaining all required documents and visa information before travelling. Every traveller must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months. Visa requirements depend on nationality and are set by the Turkish authorities; Nivo Travel does not issue visas or insurance and cannot be held responsible for visa or passport problems at the airport. Travel health insurance is the traveller's responsibility; on request we can add an optional policy to your booking. Luggage: our company is not responsible for luggage lost at airports or elsewhere.
