Your 07:00 morning flight from Istanbul is included; you land in Kayseri at 08:20, drop your bags at the cave hotel and start the tour straight away.
At 10:00 an easy one-hour walk in the Red Valley takes you among the fairy chimneys, followed by the rock village of Çavuşin and Pigeon Valley. After lunch you explore the eight-level Kaymaklı Underground City (narrow tunnels; a short route for children under 5). Sunset at Ortahisar Castle and back at the hotel around 18:00.
