A compact programme for families who want to experience the green of the Black Sea in four nights. You stay with breakfast in a 4-star hotel in the centre of Trabzon, are met at the airport and driven back by private vehicle on departure.
Three full-day excursions are included: the Trabzon city tour with Boztepe, the Atatürk Mansion and the tea fields of the Botanic Park; Uzungöl between the mountains; and the Ayder trip up the Fırtına Valley into the highlands of Rize. Sumela Monastery, ATV, rafting and zipline can be added as options.

When your flight lands at Trabzon Airport (TZX), our representative meets you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and escorts you with your luggage to your private air-conditioned vehicle. After a transfer of about 25 min you check in to your hotel and receive your Turkish SIM card and the 24/7 WhatsApp support number.
After check-in the evening is free. The tea gardens around Meydan Park and the restaurants your guide recommends for Black Sea pide and anchovies are within walking distance. The next day's pick-up time is confirmed via WhatsApp.
Pick-up at 09:30. The city and harbour view from Boztepe, the gardens of the Atatürk Mansion and a walk among tea fields in the Trabzon Botanic Park. In the afternoon the Hagia Sophia of Trabzon in Ortahisar and the bazaar around Meydan, with a taste of Hamsiköy rice pudding. Back at the hotel at 17:00.
Depart at 09:00 via Of and Çaykara, reaching Uzungöl in about 1.5 hours. A walk around the lake, the wooden mosque and the viewing terraces; optional ATV ride or drive up to the viewpoint. Trout lunch by the lake (not included). Free time in the afternoon and return to Trabzon around 18:00.
Depart at 09:00 via Rize and along the Fırtına Valley through Çamlıhemşin to the Ayder Plateau at 1,350 m, about 2 hours. Plateau walk, waterfalls and the hot springs; optional zipline and rafting. Lunch of muhlama (cheese fondue) and corn bread at a plateau house (not included). Photo stop at Zilkale or the stone bridges on the way back; at the hotel around 19:00.
After breakfast you check out; if your flight is later in the day your luggage is stored at reception. Your private vehicle is waiting at the hotel 3 hours before departure and reaches Trabzon Airport (TZX) in about 25 min.
