You fly in, tour the valleys with the same private vehicle and guide, and are dropped at the airport on day four.
The silhouette of Sumela Monastery on the cliff, the morning mist over Uzungöl and the wooden houses and waterfall of the Ayder Plateau are the three big moments. The jeep ride up to the Şekersu plateau is included; zipline in the Fırtına Valley and a thermal bath can be added on request.

When your flight lands at Trabzon Airport (TZX), our representative meets you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and escorts you with your luggage to your private air-conditioned vehicle. After a transfer of about 30 min you check in to your hotel and receive your Turkish SIM card and the 24/7 WhatsApp support number. In the afternoon tea at the Boztepe garden overlooking the Black Sea, the Atatürk Mansion and Trabzon's Hagia Sophia by the shore; local pide at Meydan square in the evening.
At 09:00 to the Altındere Valley; a shuttle and 15-minute walk up to the cliff-carved Sumela Monastery. Rice pudding in Hamsiköy and lunch in Maçka. In the afternoon a 2-hour drive along the Solaklı Valley to Uzungöl and check-in at your lakeside bungalow; dinner at a lake-view restaurant (included).
At 08:30 towards Rize; Ottoman stone bridges and an optional zipline (USD 25) in the Fırtına Valley, then the wooden houses and Gelintülü Waterfall of the Ayder Plateau at 1,350 metres. Lunch of muhlama (cheese fondue) at a highland restaurant; those who wish bathe in the 50°C thermal pool. Back at Uzungöl at 17:30, dinner included.
After breakfast you check out; if your flight is later in the day your luggage is stored at reception. A last walk around the lake in the morning; those who wish take a jeep up to the Şekersu plateau at 09:00 (1.5 hours, included). Your private vehicle is waiting at the hotel 3 hours before departure and reaches Trabzon Airport (TZX) in about 2 hours.
