Overview

Half-day afternoon tour of Istanbul's two continents: cross the Bosphorus Bridge to Beylerbeyi Palace and Camlica Hill, then the Spice Bazaar and a Bosphorus cruise.

This afternoon tour shows both sides of Istanbul in a few hours. After pick-up at 13:00 you drive across the Bosphorus Bridge, the first bridge to link Europe and Asia, to Beylerbeyi Palace, the summer residence of the Ottoman sultans with its original furniture and seaside gardens. You then continue to Camlica Hill, the highest point of the city, for a panorama over the Bosphorus and the old town.

Back on the European side you stop at the Spice Bazaar in Eminonu among the spice, Turkish delight and nut stalls, then board the boat for a Bosphorus cruise past palaces, mosques and wooden waterfront mansions. The tour is mostly by vehicle with little walking, so it suits older guests, and it ends with drop-off at your hotel.
