Arrival in Izmir – Airport Meet & Greet

When your flight lands at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), our representative meets you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and escorts you with your luggage to your private air-conditioned vehicle. After a transfer of about 1 hours you check in to your hotel and receive your Turkish SIM card and the 24/7 WhatsApp support number. The 07:00 flight from Istanbul is included; you land in Izmir at 08:10 and set off directly for Ephesus with your guide.

Ephesus & the House of the Virgin Mary

Begin at 09:00 at the House of the Virgin Mary on Mount Koressos, then walk the marble street of Ephesus with your guide: the Library of Celsus, the Temple of Hadrian, the Terrace Houses and the 25,000-seat Great Theatre. After lunch at a village restaurant in Selçuk you visit the Temple of Artemis and the Basilica of St John. Check-in at your Kuşadası seafront hotel in the evening.

Day 2Guided tour

Pergamon: Acropolis & Asclepion

At 08:00 you head north on a 2.5-hour drive to Pergamon. A cable car takes you up to the Acropolis to see the world's steepest theatre, the site of the Altar of Zeus and the Temple of Athena. After lunch, the ancient healing centre of the Asclepion and the Red Basilica; check-in at your hotel in Izmir's Alsancak district in the evening.

Day 3Private drive

Izmir to Pamukkale by Road

Depart at 07:30; about 3 hours by motorway with a break in Sarayköy. Arrival at the foot of the terraces at 10:30.

Pamukkale Terraces & Hierapolis

Walk barefoot over the white limestone terraces and rest your feet in the 35°C thermal pools – the favourite part for children. With your guide you explore the Roman theatre, necropolis and Cleopatra's Pool (optional entry, USD 15) of ancient Hierapolis. Lunch at a restaurant in the village. Transfer to Denizli airport at 16:30.

Departure from Pamukkale – Airport Transfer

After breakfast you check out; if your flight is later in the day your luggage is stored at reception. Your 20:30 return flight from Denizli to Istanbul is included. Your private vehicle is waiting at the hotel 3 hours before departure and reaches Denizli Cardak Airport (DNZ) in about 1 hours. Our representative assists you as far as the check-in desk – we look forward to welcoming you back to Türkiye.

Good to Know

• Hotel check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00; early check-in depends on availability
• Shoulders and knees must be covered when visiting mosques; headscarves for women are provided at the entrance
• Comfortable walking shoes and a small bottle of water are recommended on tour days
• Pickup times are confirmed via WhatsApp the evening before; please be in the lobby 10 minutes early
• The Pergamon Acropolis is windy; bring a light jacket
• Shoes are not allowed on the terraces; bring a towel
• Infants 0–2 travel free (no bed, lap seat on flights). Children 3–11 sharing their parents' room on an extra bed receive a 50% discount; from 12 years the adult price applies. Family rooms and connecting rooms are arranged on request, and child seats are provided free of charge in our vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the package price; cancellations under 7 days and no-shows are charged 100%. During Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and New Year periods hotels and domestic tickets are non-refundable and special terms are stated at the time of booking. Balloon flights cancelled due to weather are refunded in full.
