Day 1Arrival transfer

Arrival in Istanbul – Airport Meet & Greet

When your flight lands at Istanbul Airport (IST), our representative meets you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and escorts you with your luggage to your private air-conditioned vehicle. After a transfer of about 45 min you check in to your hotel and receive your Turkish SIM card and the 24/7 WhatsApp support number.

First Evening at Your Hotel

The first evening is free so you can rest after your journey. Your guide shares recommendations for halal restaurants within walking distance and an easy evening stroll around Sultanahmet or Taksim. The next day's pickup time is confirmed via WhatsApp.

Day 2Guided tour

Bosphorus Cruise & Spice Bazaar

Pickup at 09:00 and a short drive to Eminönü, where you first explore the Spice Bazaar with its stalls of spices, Turkish delight and nuts. A 1.5-hour cruise then takes you past Dolmabahçe Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, the Bosphorus Bridge, Rumeli Fortress and the wooden waterfront mansions. The afternoon ends with the panoramic view from Çamlıca Hill and Beylerbeyi Palace on the Asian side; feeding the seagulls from the boat is a favourite with children.

Day 3Guided tour

Old City: Byzantine & Ottoman Heritage

Depart at 08:30 with your guide for Sultanahmet: Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and the Basilica Cistern. After lunch at a local restaurant you visit Topkapı Palace including the Harem and the Sacred Relics rooms. The day ends with free time among the 4,000 shops of the Grand Bazaar; walking distances are short and stroller-friendly.

Free Day in Istanbul

No fixed programme today – after breakfast the day is yours. Suggestions: shopping at İstinye Park or Zorlu Center, a walk from Galata Tower along İstiklal Street, a scrub and foam massage in a historic hammam (USD 60) or the evening Bosphorus dinner cruise with show (USD 65). Families can add Vialand theme park (USD 45) or Istanbul Aquarium; a private driver for the whole day is available at USD 150.

Princes' Islands: Büyükada

Transfer at 09:00 to Kabataş pier and a 1.5-hour ferry ride to Büyükada, the largest of the Princes' Islands. With no cars on the island, you tour the pine-covered hills by electric cart or bicycle before a seafood lunch on the waterfront. Free time to climb to Aya Yorgi hill or swim at the beach, then the evening ferry back and transfer to your hotel.

Day 6Private drive

Istanbul to Bursa by Road

Collected at 10:00 and driven across the Osmangazi Bridge to Bursa in about 2.5 hours, with a tea stop in Yalova. After check-in, a short orientation walk around Tophane Park with its clock tower and the tomb of Osman Gazi. Evening free; your guide recommends the best places for İskender kebab.

Day 7Guided tour

Bursa City Tour & Uludağ

Start at 09:00 with the 20 domes and calligraphy panels of the Grand Mosque, then the Green Mosque, the Green Tomb and the silk shops of Koza Han. After lunch in the Covered Bazaar, taste village pastries in Cumalıkızık, a 700-year-old Ottoman village. In the afternoon the cable car takes you up Uludağ (snow play in winter, forest walks in summer); back at the hotel at 18:00.

Day 8Departure transfer

Departure from Bursa – Airport Transfer

After breakfast you check out; if your flight is later in the day your luggage is stored at reception. The road transfer from Bursa to Istanbul Airport is included; for Sabiha Gökçen allow 2 hours. Your private vehicle is waiting at the hotel 3 hours before departure and reaches Istanbul Airport (IST) in about 2,5 hours. Our representative assists you as far as the check-in desk – we look forward to welcoming you back to Türkiye.

Good to Know

• Hotel check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00; early check-in depends on availability
• Shoulders and knees must be covered when visiting mosques; headscarves for women are provided at the entrance
• Comfortable walking shoes and a small bottle of water are recommended on tour days
• Pickup times are confirmed via WhatsApp the evening before; please be in the lobby 10 minutes early
• The summit of Uludağ is around 15°C even in summer; bring a jacket
• Bursa hotels are in the city centre; winter rates for staying on Uludağ are quoted separately
• Infants 0–2 travel free (no bed, lap seat on flights). Children 3–11 sharing their parents' room on an extra bed receive a 50% discount; from 12 years the adult price applies. Family rooms and connecting rooms are arranged on request, and child seats are provided free of charge in our vehicles.
• Bursa hotel: Almira (4*) or similar. Istanbul hotel category according to preference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the package price; cancellations under 7 days and no-shows are charged 100%. During Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and New Year periods hotels and domestic tickets are non-refundable and special terms are stated at the time of booking. Balloon flights cancelled due to weather are refunded in full.
