Day 1Arrival transfer

Arrival in Istanbul – Airport Meet & Greet

When your flight lands at Istanbul Airport (IST), our representative meets you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and escorts you with your luggage to your private air-conditioned vehicle. After a transfer of about 45 min you check in to your hotel and receive your Turkish SIM card and the 24/7 WhatsApp support number. Child seats are fitted in your vehicle; the same driver and Mercedes Vito stay with you for the whole stay.

First Evening at Your Hotel

The first evening is free so you can rest after your journey. Your guide shares recommendations for halal restaurants within walking distance and an easy evening stroll around Sultanahmet or Taksim. The next day's pickup time is confirmed via WhatsApp.

Day 2Guided tour

The Old City with Children

A relaxed 09:30 start: Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, then the dim columns and Medusa heads of the Basilica Cistern, the children's favourite. At Topkapı Palace the Sacred Relics and the arms collection are chosen instead of the Harem (shorter). Lunch of pide and meatballs; back at the hotel at 15:00 to rest, and the area around Galata Tower in the evening.

Day 3Guided tour

Bosphorus Boat & Vialand Theme Park

At 10:00 a 1.5-hour Bosphorus boat trip from Eminönü with seagull feeding and a simit break. After lunch, at 13:30, on to Vialand (İsfanbul) theme park: roller coasters, the kids' zone and the mall; tickets included. Your driver waits at the park exit and you are back at the hotel at 19:00.

Free Day – Driver at Your Disposal (10 hours)

Today the vehicle and driver are entirely yours from 09:00 to 19:00. Suggested route: the Pierre Loti cable car and Eyüp Sultan Mosque, Miniatürk, Istanbul Aquarium in Florya (ticket USD 20) and shopping at İstinye Park or Mall of Istanbul in the evening. Families who wish can make a day trip to Sapanca instead (fuel included).

Departure from Istanbul – Airport Transfer

After breakfast you check out; if your flight is later in the day your luggage is stored at reception. Your private vehicle is waiting at the hotel 3 hours before departure and reaches Istanbul Airport (IST) in about 45 min. Our representative assists you as far as the check-in desk – we look forward to welcoming you back to Türkiye.

Good to Know

• Hotel check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00; early check-in depends on availability
• Shoulders and knees must be covered when visiting mosques; headscarves for women are provided at the entrance
• Comfortable walking shoes and a small bottle of water are recommended on tour days
• Pickup times are confirmed via WhatsApp the evening before; please be in the lobby 10 minutes early
• The vehicle has 2 child seats and space for a stroller; please tell us your needs
• Vialand is crowded at weekends; the programme is arranged for a weekday
• Connecting family rooms are requested at all hotels; confirmation depends on availability
• Infants 0–2 travel free (no bed, lap seat on flights). Children 3–11 sharing their parents' room on an extra bed receive a 50% discount; from 12 years the adult price applies. Family rooms and connecting rooms are arranged on request, and child seats are provided free of charge in our vehicles.
• Price per person in a double room. Family price for up to 6 people: 2,400 USD (2 rooms + vehicle). A Mercedes Sprinter is used for families of 7-8.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the package price; cancellations under 7 days and no-shows are charged 100%. During Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and New Year periods hotels and domestic tickets are non-refundable and special terms are stated at the time of booking. Balloon flights cancelled due to weather are refunded in full.
